Beef Jerky
All of Kuivalihakundi's operations started with Beef Jerky. Made from beef roast, the product is the real Beef Jerky. Jerky has a long history and was one of humanity's first preservation methods. Jerky is an unfamiliar snack to many, and we are happy to say that Beef Jerky has broken many prejudices against jerky. Beef Jerky has an enormous amount of protein, a suitable amount of fat, and excellent flavors to keep active people's energy levels topped up or to create mind-blowing symphonies of taste for couch potatoes.
Using Beef Jerky
Beef jerky is an excellent option for long sports performances or outdoor activities. The product does not require refrigeration, so it fits conveniently in a jacket pocket. Jerky contains a lot of protein and a suitable amount of fat, thus keeping hunger at bay and creating a feeling of fullness.
Chicken Jerky
Yes! You can also make jerky from chicken! This very strong chicken jerky uses chicken breast fillet.
Chicken Jerky flavors include the zesty Lemongrass, flavored with lemongrass, and the Sriracha, made with Kuivalihakundi's own Sriracha recipe, giving a subtle hint of chili. Our chicken jerky has an absolutely massive amount of protein, and, unlike Greasy Pork jerky, very little fat. An athlete's choice! Make a light but protein-rich snack salad from chicken jerky or enjoy it as is!
Chicken Jerky?
Even if dried chicken sounds like it just can't work, yes, it does! Chicken Jerky doesn't get so dry that you'd need to carry a barrel of water to eat a bag of it as a daily snack. For weekends, Kuivalihakundi recommends chicken jerky as a movie snack instead of bland vegetables, greasy chips, or laborious pistachios.
Low-fat delicious snack that goes with you!
Kuivalihakundi's dried chicken, or chicken jerky, is chicken breast fillet. Its shelf life after drying is very good, and it does not require refrigeration even after opening. So you can safely carry the bag with you in your gym bag, backpack, car glove compartment, or for example, as trail food on long hikes.
If you lead a busy life like Kuivalihakundi and don't always have time to sit down for lunch when you have to work, just pop this in your mouth and continue working. You'll get a solid dose of protein that keeps hunger at bay nicely.
Greasy Pork Jerky
A juicy and fat-saturated delicacy made from pork neck! When munching on this, you shouldn't count the calories, because there are a lot of them. Thanks to its fattiness, it's also excellent for cooking, adding flavor and nutrition. Greasy Pork Jerky is first dried for 20 hours, after which, fresh from the oven, it's then smoked with beech chips for a day! Delicious! Works really well, for example, enjoyed with a beer. Throw yourself on the couch, open a bag, and pop a barley shake – the evening goes like clockwork.
Kuivalihakundi can give a very strong recommendation for the pork jerky product, as long as you're not afraid of little fat chunks!
A new type of jerky
The guy started thinking about a new jerky product that would be so outrageous that tasting it would make taste buds shout hallelujah and all the colors of the rainbow would flash before your eyes. After a little thought, the guy decided to ask the legendary butcher Votkin's son, the legendary Asmo Votkin, what kind of deal it was.
Asmo immediately said, make jerky from pork neck. The guy then pondered his own BBQ sauce as a seasoning and a little smoking on top. It turned out well.
