Ingredients: Pork neck (reared and slaughtered: EU), gluten-free SOY SAUCE (water, hydrolyzed soy protein, salt), sugar syrup, honey-apple vinegar (apple vinegar, honey), Gochujang paste (fermented rice paste [rice, water, salt], fermented rice syrup [water, rice, alcohol, salt], water, chili powder, salt, alcohol, yeast extract, SOYBEAN ESSENCE, rice flour, onion powder, carrot powder, concentrated garlic juice), non-alcoholic white wine, Mirin (maltose from corn, fermented rice, water), sugar, ginger powder, garlic powder, chili powder.
