• Spread open the bottom of the bag without tearing the sealed edges.
• Pour hot water into the bag and mix the dry ration thoroughly with the water to achieve the most even result possible.
• Add more water if necessary; you can adjust the consistency of the food with the amount of water.
• Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
• Carefully tear away the excess packaging material from the tear notch halfway down the bag to make eating easier. Be careful not to tear the bag downwards.
